Eligibility — please confirm all three

I'm requesting the free developer / individual license for personal, hobby, educational, research, evaluation, or other non-commercial use. Using FrogNet as a core platform to make money requires a separate commercial license. Neither I nor my organization is a party barred from receiving U.S.-origin software, and the country above is not one to which such transfers are prohibited. I will not use FrogNet for a prohibited end-use, and I will not re-export or transfer it in violation of applicable export-control law.
