FrogNet changes networking behavior on the machine. Start with the benchmark and simulator, then use the current repository scripts for installation.
Measure
Run frogbench to qualify the RAM contract and characterize the host before planning a workload.
Simulate
Exercise discovery, routing, failure and topology behavior against explicit oracles before changing physical machines.

The repository is the authoritative source for the current tree and installation material.
Hardware
FrogNet targets ordinary Debian/Linux systems and heterogeneous hardware. A Raspberry Pi 4 with 2 GB has been used as a working node; two machines are enough to begin forming and observing a network. frogbench exists because capability should be measured rather than inferred from the model number.
Older hardware and installation videos remain useful for understanding the system, but commands and package requirements should be taken from the current repository.
License
FrogNet is GPLv2-only. You may run it privately, including in production, without buying a separate production license. The GPL's source and copyleft obligations are triggered by distribution of covered software, not by merely running it.
