Export Control Notice
FrogNet was independently developed as general-purpose networking software. It was not developed for, funded by, or derived from a military, intelligence, classified, or weapons program.
FrogNet does not implement its own encryption algorithms. It uses standard cryptographic facilities provided by the operating system and other external software, including WireGuard, TLS, OpenSSL, and HMAC-SHA256 for authentication/integrity purposes.
FrogNet also includes semantic compression, framing, routing, discovery, shared network state, adaptive communications, and related networking functions. Those mechanisms are not intended to provide cryptographic confidentiality.
FrogNet is published as open-source software from the United States. U.S. export-control, sanctions, and other laws may apply to particular users, destinations, uses, or redistributions.
By obtaining or using FrogNet, you are responsible for complying with laws applicable to you, including restrictions involving sanctioned countries, prohibited parties, prohibited end uses, and re-export.
